Whole Family Chiropractic isn't just who we are, it's what we do.  It is our goal to increase the health of the whole body, the whole spine, and the whole family using chiropractic techniques, cranial techniques, nutritional counseling, massage, rehab exercises, workshops, and classes in yoga and Pilates.

 

We are the only chiropractors in this area certified in the Cranial Release Technique - a gentle technique that provides a global release of tension throughout the cranium to allow for greater healing and stress release.

 

We are members of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and have done extensive postgraduate work in the care of children and pregnant patients.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Amy Jackson to Whole Family Chiropractic.  Dr. Jackson comes from Arizona and brings with her a wide variety of healing techniques including hands on adjusting,  Graston and Nimmo soft tissue techniques, Kinesiotaping and Acupuncture.  Click on her name above to learn more about her. 

 

 

Our Class Schedule

Level 1-2 Yoga

    Designed for the beginner yogi, or the yogi who wants to increase focus and precision of basic yoga poses.  Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 7:45 pm and Wednesdays from 8:00 pm to 9:15 pm

 

Gentle Yoga

    Designed to meet the needs of people with limited mobility, arthritis, or other problems that impact the ability to participate in a typical exercise program.  Tuesdays from 5 pm to 6:15 pm. 

 

Pre/Postnatal Yoga

    Designed to provide a safe exercise program for the expectant mother in her second or third trimester and postnatal mothers after their initial postnatal recovery (6-8 weeks, following care provider approval).  Sundays from 4 pm to 5 pm. 

 

Children's Yoga

    Designed for children between the ages of 5-10.  Yoga will help your child develop strength, flexibility, balance, focus, creativity, patience, and self-awareness.  Mondays from 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm. 

 

Level 1 Pilates

    For anyone who would like to strengthen their core, have more flexibility and improve their posture.  This class is designed to teach you the movements so that you can continue to practice on your own.  Mondays from 6 pm to 7 pm.
