New Yoga Session start May 6th
Our next yoga session will start on Sunday, May 6th.We will have a gentle yoga class on Sundays from 3:30-4:45pm and a prenatal yoga class from 5:00-6:00pm. Sessions are 8 weeks.
Gentle yoga will help you learn how to stretch, breathe, relax and hold your adjustments longer. Session fee is $96 (drop in rate $15 per class)
Prenatal Yoga is for our pregnant and post-partum moms. The goal is to prepare your body for the process of labor and birth. Session fee is $80 (drop in rate $12 per class)

Laurie Bryan, licensed massage and bodywork therapist, has joined the family! She is a talented massage therapist who recently moved her from Florida and is certified in Cranial Release Technique!
She has appointments available Thursday mornings and all day Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
